La esperada película La Saga Crepúsculo: Luna Nueva se estrenará en primicia en España el 18 de Noviembre, dos días antes de la fecha oficial de estreno en Estados Unidos (20 de Noviembre), según informa Aurum Producciones.

La "insistencia", la "fidelidad" y el "creciente interés" de los fans españoles, así como el apoyo de la productora Summit Entertainment en esta decisión, han sido decisivos para permitir que sea posible que España sea, junto con Francia, el primer país en estrenar la película a nivel mundial, de acuerdo con la distribuidora.
En esta entrega los seguidores de la saga podrán ver la continuación del apasionado y peligroso romance entre Bella Swan y el vampiro Edward Cullen, ahora puesto a prueba de diversas formas por nuevos y enigmáticos personajes, como los ancestrales hombres lobo o los terribles Volturi, la más antigua y poderosa familia vampira del mundo.
Se trata de la segunda película basada en Crepúsculo (Twilight), serie literaria de novelas románticas de vampiros dirigida al público adolescente, escrita por Stephenie Meyer y publicada en 2005. Hasta el momento se han publicado cuatro libros: Crepúsculo, Luna nueva, Eclipse y Amanecer.
La saga ha sido traducida a 37 idiomas y ha vendido más de 25 millones de copias.
